Private Rental
The price is set at € 7,000 per 5 nights.
Each extra night is € 1,200.
This price is allowing you the use of the whole property: 9 bedrooms, capacity for up to 20 guests, 5 bathrooms and the yoga room. 100m² indoor space in total and 7 hectars of beautiful organic garden and fields. Once a day cleaning service, 1 towel, bedsheets are included.

Ebbio’s kitchen is professional use only. All our meals are designed following our garden produce, organic, km0, vegetarian and served buffet style, at the above listed times.
Drinking water is available all day. Please bring your own water bottle to help us be sustainable.

Alternatively, we can create a tailor-made Holiday or retreat for you, your family, friends or business partners.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
We hold reservation against a 2,500 € non-refundable deposit.
Second 2,500 € non-refundable deposit will be due three months after the intitial deposit. Balance two week before arrival.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Useful Information
Check-in/check-out: check-in is from 4pm, and check-out is before 10am.
Transport is not included – the closest airports are Firenze (55km away), Pisa (95km away) and Rome (250km away). The closest train station is Castellina Scalo Monteriggioni (4km away).
Damages or loss of property to your room during your stay will be charged.
